Terms of Service

These terms govern access to SiteScoreAI, including free previews, paid audits, generated reports, subscriptions, and agency use.

Agreement and eligibility

SiteScoreAI is operated by Petran Emil Laurentiu Persoană Fizică Autorizată, CUI 50305265, F40/4774/2024, Romania. By accessing the service or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and at least 18 years old. If you use SiteScoreAI for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate registration and billing information.
  • Protect credentials and promptly report unauthorized access.
  • Do not create multiple free accounts to avoid service limits or abuse controls.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Service and audit credits

SiteScoreAI retrieves submitted public websites and generates structured conversion-audit findings, recommendations, scores, evidence references, and hypotheses. Features and limits vary by plan and may include website limits, audit credits, history, PDF export, and report branding.

Credits reset according to the displayed billing period and normally have no cash value. A credit consumed by a failed audit may be restored where the service can verify the failure. SiteScoreAI may apply reasonable rate, crawl, and abuse limits.

Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the price and interval shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, where checkout terms expressly provide otherwise, or where SiteScoreAI elects to issue a refund. Mandatory consumer withdrawal, cancellation, and refund rights remain unaffected. Taxes may apply.

Price or plan changes will be communicated before they affect an existing renewal where required by law.

Submitted content and website authority

You retain rights in the URLs, context, branding, and other content you provide. You grant SiteScoreAI and its processors a limited right to retrieve, reproduce, transform, and process that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service.

Submit only public websites you are authorized to analyze. Do not use SiteScoreAI to bypass access controls or submit secrets, private customer data, or unlawful material.

Client reports and white-label use

Paid plans that include client delivery may allow consultants and agencies to share client reports, export PDFs, and apply available white-label report branding. This permission covers ordinary delivery of audit work to your own clients; it does not transfer ownership of the SiteScoreAI software or permit resale of account access.

You remain responsible for your client relationship, statements added to a report, and any advice or implementation delivered alongside SiteScoreAI output.

AI-generated output and outcome limitations

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific website. Scores and impact directions are decision-support signals, not measurements of an actual conversion rate and not professional legal, financial, accessibility, security, or business advice.

You must review findings and test material changes before deployment. No conversion or revenue outcome is guaranteed.Traffic quality, offer strength, implementation, audience, and other factors remain outside SiteScoreAI control.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the service unlawfully or infringe third-party rights.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, or circumvent security and rate limits.
  • Reverse engineer or copy the service except where law expressly permits it.
  • Use automated access beyond documented product workflows or written permission.
  • Represent AI-generated output as independently verified fact.

Warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteScoreAI disclaims implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the SiteScoreAI operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability arising from the service should be limited to fees paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination and governing law

You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription at any time. SiteScoreAI may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or non-payment, with notice where reasonably possible.

These Terms are intended to be governed by Romanian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules. The governing law, venue, notice, cure, and dispute provisions require confirmation by qualified legal counsel before publication.
